I offer long and short term Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals and couples in Upper Horsebridge - face to face and also via online video (Zoom).
I am a registered accredited, qualified integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.
I have been providing safe effective counselling and psychotherapy, in a private and confidential setting for over 16 years.
For individuals and couples my initial consultation is free and will last for up to an hour.
The initial consultation is for us to meet and you can decide, without obligation, whether I am the right counsellor for you.
We will work on the issues that are important for you, using approaches and techniques that are tailored for your needs.

Services I Offer
​I offer individual and couples counselling in a private location in Upper Horsebridge.
​​For Individuals: I am experienced and able to support you with the following difficulties; Trauma, relationship/family issues, sexual abuse, conflict, stress, loss, depression, anxiety, disability, illness, self improvement and addiction/dependancy.

For Couples: I am experienced and able to support you with the following difficulties; Communication, conflict, children, relationship improvement, sex and intimacy, pre marriage, separation, betrayal, addiction, step family experiences.

Fees:
Individual sessions are £70 for 50 minutes.
​
Couple Sessions are £90 for 1 hour.
Supervision
I have extensive experience supervising within organisations including; Mankind, Rise, Barnardos, BHT, Stonewater and Victim Support.
I follow the Hawkins and Shohet 7 eye process model of supervision. I supervise contractually and relationally and have an educative, normative and restorative element to my work. I also work creatively and utilise objects, materials, worksheets, whiteboard as well as using metaphor.
I Supervise counsellors, healthcare professionals, couple and family work as well as individual work.

Supervision fee is £70 for an hour, £105 for 1.5 hours
